Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company or organization, project description, current stage, desired timeline, and any budget context you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you, understand potential project needs, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of our business communications. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.
Service providers
This website is served through Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Inquiry data is transmitted to and stored in ArcanEdge’s Wix CRM, where contact and inquiry automations may process it. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics processes website-usage data on ArcanEdge’s behalf. Google and Wix may process technical, analytics, or inquiry data under their respective terms and privacy commitments.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it helps us understand page visits, referral sources, site use, and whether a project inquiry was completed. We do not send names, contact details, project descriptions, or other inquiry contents to analytics, and we disable Google advertising signals. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Analytics settings” in the website footer. Declining or withdrawing consent removes ArcanEdge analytics cookies that are accessible to this site. Wix may issue a short-lived anonymous visitor token needed to submit the inquiry form securely. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and request time.
Retention and disclosure
We keep inquiry and business-communication records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, contractual or legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the business or comply with law.
Your choices
