When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company or organization, project description, current stage, desired timeline, and any budget context you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you, understand potential project needs, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of our business communications. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.
Service providers
This website is served through Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Inquiry data is transmitted to and stored in ArcanEdge’s Wix CRM, where contact and inquiry automations may process it. Google and Wix may process technical or inquiry data on ArcanEdge’s behalf under their respective terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not currently use advertising cookies. Wix may issue a short-lived anonymous visitor token needed to submit the inquiry form securely. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and request time.
Retention and disclosure
We keep inquiry and business-communication records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, contractual or legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the business or comply with law.
Your choices
