These terms govern use of the public ArcanEdge LLC website. Separate written agreements govern paid services, client work, product access, confidentiality, ownership, and project deliverables.
Informational use
The website describes ArcanEdge’s services, approach, released products, and approved examples of work. Content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
No client relationship
Visiting the site, sending an inquiry, or discussing a possible project does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship. A client relationship begins only through a written agreement accepted by ArcanEdge and the client.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the site’s design, copy, graphics, brand elements, and original materials are owned by ArcanEdge or used with permission. You may view the site for lawful personal or business-evaluation purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Project and third-party materials
Product names, logos, screenshots, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Descriptions of client work are limited to information approved or appropriate for public disclosure. Availability, features, and external-site terms may change.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious material, misuse the inquiry form, impersonate another person, or use automated systems in a way that degrades service or circumvents reasonable protections.
